Roles & Responsibilities

Management Controller

Financial monitoring and analysis

  • Track expenses and compare them with the budget.
  • Analyze the discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Set up dashboards.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly performance reports (KPIs).
  • Prepare the forecasts.

Cost optimization

  • Identify unnecessary costs and propose areas for improvement.
  • Participate in controlling expenses.

Internal control

  • Verify the application of financial procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits.

Techniques

  • Very good level in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, macros preferred).
  • Proficiency in management tools: ERP, accounting software.
  • Solid knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Budget preparation

  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Analyze the needs of the different departments.
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in management control is a plus.
