Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Management Controller
Financial monitoring and analysis
- Track expenses and compare them with the budget.
- Analyze the discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Set up dashboards.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly performance reports (KPIs).
- Prepare the forecasts.
Cost optimization
- Identify unnecessary costs and propose areas for improvement.
- Participate in controlling expenses.
Internal control
- Verify the application of financial procedures.
- Participate in internal audits.
Techniques
- Very good level in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, macros preferred).
- Proficiency in management tools: ERP, accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Budget preparation
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Analyze the needs of the different departments.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management control is a plus.
