Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Within the Management Control of the Support and Services Directorate, the Civil Engine Maintenance Management Controller manages the performance of the SAESC site for high-power LEAP civil engines.

You will be part of a team of 3 management controllers and your main tasks will be as follows:

- Closing and ROFO (Rolling Forecasts): He participates in the monthly closing process, ensures the reliability of financial and industrial data, and produces clear and concise reports for management. He also contributes to the analysis of industrial investments, the monitoring of project costs, and the evaluation of program profitability.

Develop a vision of Shop Visits costs within the network with the objective of developing forecast evolution analyses and identifying risks and opportunities.

Planning: participate in the construction of the medium-term plan and News.

-He supports operational managers and support functions in monitoring industrial performance indicators (costs, productivity, efficiency, yield, CNQ, OPEX, etc.), in order to identify levers for optimization and cost control in an environment of high quality and regulatory compliance requirements.

As a key contact for field teams, he plays a business partner role, providing financial insight into operational decisions, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Safran group standards.

In a complex and demanding industrial context, he is a driving force for improving management tools, control processes and performance management.

The position allows you to:

- To actively contribute to the development of understanding and mastery of the financial issues related to MRO activities

- Collaborate with different operational teams in an international environment to understand specific issues and develop monitoring indicators adapted to their needs.

- Working in a dynamic and diverse technical environment with internal and external stakeholders will allow you to strengthen your analytical and interpersonal skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance and/or management control, with initial experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment (automotive, aeronautics or similar), with a good understanding of industrial processes, production costs and operational performance indicators.

Required qualities:

-Strong interest in the industrial environment, production processes and performance challenges

-Strong analytical and information structuring skills

-Proficiency with management and reporting tools (SAP, BFC and Power BI appreciated)
