Management Control


Analysis of the differences between Smart and SAP:

  • Identify the discrepancies between the costs recorded in Smart and those in SAP.
  • Analyze the causes of these discrepancies and take corrective actions to reconcile the two systems.

Analysis of production variances:

  • Analyze the discrepancies related to production days between Smart and SAP.
  • Identify discrepancies in the number of workdays deferred and adjust the data to ensure consistency of information between the two systems.

Anomaly handling in the Smart tool:

  • Processing of rejected lines by the system or by the CPs.
  • Re-engagement of consultants to validate or reject consultant entries//li>
  • Submit consultant inputs in case of a blockage.

Managing CRA Smart change requests:

  • Process change requests related to consultant timesheets in the Smart tool, including adjustments, transfers and deletions of data, to ensure the accuracy of production information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control.

Having 0-1 year of experience in a similar position, with a good command of Excel.

Proficiency in general and analytical accounting.

Mastery of financial and management control tools.

Having very good interpersonal skills.

Curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to the structure.

Customer service orientation.

Knowing how to work in a team.

Autonomy and proactive approach in the context of continuous improvement of existing systems (dashboard, KPIs, processes).

Reliability / R activity and Proactivity.

Good level of English (written and spoken).
