Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Financial management and reporting.
- Participate in monthly closings and ensure the reliability of management data;
- Produce periodic financial reports for management and the Group;
- Analyze the discrepancies between actual results, budget, forecast, and the previous year;
- Prepare management comments and presentation materials for Management.
2. Analysis of economic performance
- Monitor revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and operating profit;
- Analyze production costs: materials, parts, external repairs, direct labor and indirect costs;
- Measure profitability by shop visit, engine, customer, program or type of service;
- Identify cost deviations, margin risks and improvement opportunities.
3. Industrial and operational monitoring
- Set up and monitor the key KPIs of the MRO activity: TAT, WIP, productivity, material costs, fixed cost absorption, workshop performance;
- Ensure consistency between financial data and industrial data;
- Supporting operational managers in the economic management of their area.
4. Budget, forecast et business partnering
- Participate in the preparation of the budget, forecasts and medium-term plan;
- Challenge the assumptions of activity, costs, volumes and productivity;
- Carry out ad hoc analyses and sensitivity scenarios;
- to be a key contact for the Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Programs teams.
5. Improvement of tools and processes
- Contribute to the reliability of reporting and the improvement of internal control;
- Participate in the automation of analyses and the evolution of dashboards;
- to be a proactive force in improving management and steering processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree: Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance, management or equivalent
Professional experience: 2-5 years in management control
Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel, including VBA macros
Proficiency in Power BI is highly desirable.
