Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Management control:
- Participate in monthly closings
- Develop, analyze and monitor key performance indicators for the company
- Develop and centralize dashboards
- Analyze the monthly reports and interpret the results obtained
- Analyze the company's performance monthly by studying the variances between results and budgets and objectives.
Budgetary process:
- Lead and coordinate the budget preparation process: collect, analyze, and synthesize budget data from operational departments and profit/cost centers
- Participate in the consistency analysis of budget lines (actual/forecast)
- Coordinate the budget validation process
- Monitor consumption and identify actions to control the budget plan
- Update the budget throughout the year
Performance Indicators:
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of deliverables (dashboards, monthly reports)
- Verify the reliability of cost tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Master's degree (Business School, etc.) Minimum 2 years of
experience
in a similar position.
Skills:
Knowledge of the budgeting process;
Proficiency in management tools (dashboards, reporting, etc.);
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office);
Fluency in French, both spoken and written, required.
Proficiency in English is an asset.
