Are you ready to kickstart your career with L Or al s Management Trainee Program, an accelerator program designed to fast-track your growth? Over 12 to 18 months, you ll rotate across different Quality subfunctions, gaining unparalleled exposure to the market and diverse experiences. You ll work with cross-functional, diverse teams and collaborate with other departments, immersing yourself in L Or al s dynamic and innovative environment.
Here s what you ll be doing:
- Collaborate with various teams to define the technical specifications for new products, packaging, and industrial processes.
- Participate in industrial trials to test our capacity to produce new innovations at scale while maintaining quality.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's quality systems and standards across the plant.
- Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and help find solutions to ensure continuous compliance.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related science field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Quality Assurance: A foundational understanding of quality systems and compliance principles.
- Process Management: The ability to analyze and contribute to the improvement of production processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret data and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
