Manager – 3PL Warehouse Operations RNA Resources Group Limited

This is an Managerial level position where the incumbent will be responsible in sustaining the 3PL Business vertical within Landmark Group. This involves managing 45 customers across 5 warehouses of close to 70,000 CBM of storage and 1 Million pieces at piece level inventory across various industries & 60 warehouse staff & 4 Warehouse Supervisors. This will involve client onboarding, operations alignment within the Facility, optimizing space, planning resources and close alignment with internal BDM colleagues with BDM signing customers for warehousing and supply chain services in Landmark Mega DC and other DC’s in UAE. This role will be engagement with organizations to outsource their warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment services operations of existing or new businesses within the region as per the defined revenue targets & strategy.

Solution & Tender Management

• Requirements gathering and solution design for prospective customers
• Value assessment of tenders and opportunities for contract logistics, initiating of go no-go decision process.
• Work & Assist on RFI/RFQ/RFP written responses
• Conceptualize calculations operationally as well as commercially through productivity, cost- pricing, margin estimations along with Finance/ Operations stakeholders.
• Customer onboarding, retention and development.

Delivery & Operations

• Onboard customers using internal and new resources (infra, manpower & systems)
• Coordinate the tender response with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure availability of required resources
• Understand customer demand and requests within the project & ensure internal alignment of the solution design
• Liase with customer and internal technology teams for IT integration & WMS setup knowledge
• Setup processes for improvements, implement SOPs and monitor KPIs.
• Fostering effective teamwork to ensure higher standards of delivery & satisfied customer base
