Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and governance for all platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural frameworks and guidelines that promote efficiency, flexibility, and scalability across all digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure that all technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organization's architecture.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding architecture standards, processes, and design artifacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to drive alignment on architectural decisions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support project teams during the development lifecycle to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to optimize platform performance and capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture and platform management, with a strong background in enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading architectural initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and technologies related to cloud, microservices, and integration solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in using DevOps practices to enhance architectural delivery.
  • Relevant certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
