Role and Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant with a strong emphasis on Transformation Management to join our Transformation Delivery Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will design frameworks, methodologies, approaches related to Transformation management, Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Benefits Realization, Performance Management with focus on assessing maturities of the said practices and the readiness to apply to related regional and global awards. The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of the global standards and frameworks released from global organizations such as PMI and Axelos, and should have practical experience in developing, tailoring and implementing such frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project management assessment frameworks and solutions.
• Benchmark project management practices against global standards (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, PM , ISO 21500).
• Develop and conduct maturity assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities across P3 practices, PMOs, TMOs, VMOs using global standards or other customized frameworks.
• Design awards assessment frameworks based on regional and international project management awards and certifications requirements.
• Develop the Business Requirements Document to automate the developed assessment frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project governance, control, and performance management
• Conduct internal and external training and workshops on assessment methodologies, governance practices, and award criteria.

To do this role effectively, we are looking for people with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields; a master s degree is a plus.
• Minimum overall experience of 7-10 years, and minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience, particularly focused on P3 practices and PMOs/TMOs/VMOs maturity assessment.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in PM related Global Standards, Frameworks and Methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills, able to link topics, interdependencies and correlations.
• Strong benchmarking & best practices research and should have a strong understanding of frameworks released by global organization and able to tailor and customize according to needs.
• Strong Visual Storytelling and Presentation Design and Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

you ll also have to:

• PMP or Prince2 Certified is a must
• PgMP & PfMP are preferred
• PMO-CP Certified is a must
• P3O Certified is a must
• Other PMI or Axelos Certification in Program, Portfolio or others, is a plus.
