Roles & Responsibilities

What's in your plate

On the basis of brand research and data, you will be responsible to devise marketing communication strategies (across all channels) and execute them to meet the brand objectives (for e.g. increase top of mind, strengthen brand preference) and business objectives (for. E.g. grow market share).

By working with internal and external agencies, you will be responsible for developing and executing high quality 360 integrated brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital & social). Additionally, you will not only devise hyper-local campaigns but also city, demographic and psychographic segmentation specific brand campaigns which may include on ground activations.

Will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms. This role includes leading content planning and creation to ensure engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned output that drives audience growth and interaction.

Brand planning manager will also identify and manage strategic collaborations, partnerships, and influencer relationships to expand reach and reinforce brand presence. They will monitor performance, analyze insights, and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure impactful and successful social media initiatives.

You will be responsible to develop and overlook content marketing strategy keeping localization, relevance and relatability at the core.

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of B2B partnership development to accelerate business growth across core metrics including new Monthly Active Users (MAUs), customer acquisitions, and tPro subscriber conversions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnership opportunities with brands, platforms, and organizations that align with strategic brand and audience objectives.

As a brand planning manager, you will also work closely with the product and customer experience team to enhance brand consideration and preference.

You will engage in market visits, consumer research (this will also include product) and drive the necessary actions to meet the objectives.

You will be the brand and content custodian ensuring alignment with the overarching brand guidelines.

You will manage the creative, events and media agencies and also coordinate with the PR and regional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

What did we order?

You have 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in a fast paced regional environment. Brand agency and research experience will be an advantage

You showcase creativity and can solve brand and consumer related problems

It would be preferable if you have worked with creative agencies and have created memorable and effective ads and campaigns

You understand that relevant content to the right person at the right time can be a game changer

You deliver high quality execution and ensure that your work meets the global benchmarks

You understand consumer/brand research and can derive actions from it. Conducting and analyzing own research is a plus

A collaborative team player, with experience in leading teams

You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal.

You are fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
