Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE PROFILE
- Identify new business opportunities, markets and potential clients across multiple international markets to grow overall sales and profitability.
- Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts with new customers.
- Work with the data analyst(s) to develop and grow the market share and profitability within respective region
- Identify tools for continuous improvement tools and implement new and enhanced ways of working.
- Work cross-functionally with other business units; for example, merchandise, finance and supply chain to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the UK Hub.
- Ensure the implementation of the performance management process.
- Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field.
- 7 10 years in similar position.
- 3 5 years in retail/FMCG industry is preferred.br>
