Manager - Business Effectiveness Fly Dubai

To deliver portfolio of projects to drive Business Effectiveness services to flydubai business units concerning productivity improvement, process optimization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the collation of KPI framework (at agreed intervals), in conjunction with FP&A for business units to track business performance against goals and develops action plans to address gaps.
• Executes cross-functional improvement projects and initiatives to ensure that business strategies and objectives are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Executes business improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Support and participate in the delivery of specific aspects of strategy planning workshops aimed at developing, refining, and aligning business unit strategic direction.
• Collaborates with HR to bring specialist process knowledge and understanding of core business processes to reviews job description interdependencies and highlight role overlaps, gaps, if any.
• Supports evaluation of business CAPEX approvals and ascertain assumptions linked to benefits realization are measurable and appropriate to justify investments.
• Manages corporate KPI for select account areas and continually identify opportunities for departmental process improvements and efficiencies and manage efforts to implement these changes.
• Applies data and performance metrics to assess existing processes and provides recommendations for improvements in coordination with the team.
• Manages stakeholders and account head relationships to ensure buy-in and alignment on business effectiveness initiatives.
• Supports the evaluation and delivery of confidential ad-hoc project requests from CEO / Chief s i.e., Investment opportunities, Make-Buy decisions, Insourcing opportunities etc.
• Supports corporate innovation agenda by defining processes which would benefit from leading edge approaches and collaborate with IT to assess business benefits, drive implementation and ensure benefits realization.
