Position Overview

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a motivated Manager, Client Services to support the Elite Banking business segment in Abu Dhabi. This role involves handling daily operational matters, ensuring seamless client service, and acting as a key support partner for relationship managers. What You ll Do

* Act as the first point of contact for Elite Banking clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly by phone, email, or in person
* Support relationship managers with account opening, closing, and KYC compliance checks
* Process transfers, remittances, FX deals, and fixed deposits within defined turnaround times
* Generate and share MIS reports to highlight process gaps and recommend improvements
* Liaise with investment desks, securities, and custody teams to coordinate investment transactions
* Manage documentation flow, signature verification, and call-back procedures where applicable
* Provide clients with bank statements, portfolio updates, and secure delivery of banking instruments
* Log, track, and escalate customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and improved satisfaction
* Support training and mentoring of junior staff while covering for colleagues during absences
* Ensure adherence to FAB s compliance, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements

Ideal Profile

* University degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing; or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years)
* Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements
* Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with client-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy
* Self-starter with solid technology skills and commitment to continuous improvement
