Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of cloud resilience programs, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to define and implement resilience metrics and KPI frameworks for evaluating the success of cloud initiatives.
  • Lead risk assessments and gap analysis for cloud services, developing actionable plans to enhance overall resilience.
  • Coordinate the implementation of disaster recovery solutions and business continuity plans across cloud environments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of resilience objectives and progress.
  • Develop training and awareness programs to promote cloud resilience practices among staff and facilitate a culture of proactive risk management.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously enhance cloud resilience strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on program status, challenges, and achievements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master s degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in cloud program management, with a focus on resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and best practices, including experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.

Proven leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Relevant certifications in cloud computing or project management (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable.
