Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You participate in valuation and advisory missions in various contexts: Transactions (price negotiation, transaction optimization, analysis of acquisition price allocation), investment projects, legal and tax reorganizations, management of intangible assets (trademarks, patents...), monitoring of acquisition value (goodwill and intangible asset impairment tests...), implementation and monitoring of financial modeling plans, financial modeling (development plan, investment, financing, integration and synergies...) and economic analyses (competition, regulated markets...).
You work as part of a team on your assignments and quickly supervise 1-2 people. You interact with clients, other service lines of PwC France and Maghreb and offices of the international PwC network.
You are curious about financial matters and eager to better understand business and market strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Private Equity, Strategy or Valuation
Diploma from a leading engineering or international business school with a specialization in finance
Your English is fluent
You are known for your rigor and your interest in teamwork.
You possess excellent analytical and writing skills, and a strong business acumen.
You know how to adapt and thrive in a challenging environment while serving the client.
