Position Objectives:

• Lead workstreams within consulting and project management engagements focused on AI applications and data-driven solutions for the public sector.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled models, dashboards, and analytical tools that enhance government decision-making.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed analytical outputs using Power BI, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Ensure effective planning and execution of project tasks using MS Project and established project management methodologies.
• Regular coordination with public sector stakeholders to validate analysis, gather requirements, and align technical outputs with strategic needs.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and operational models using PowerPoint and advanced analytics.
• Drive the successful delivery of AI-supported consulting services that enhance performance across government entities.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of AI-driven analytical models, dashboards, and process tools that support public sector consulting engagements.
• Manage workstream plans, schedules, and dependencies using MS Project, ensuring timely delivery of all technical and analytical outputs.
• Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, and transforming insights into dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Excel. The Manager will lead the creation of structured presentations, data narratives, and solution designs using PowerPoint for senior government stakeholders.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and impact assessments to support AI and digital transformation projects.
• Requires facilitating workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and validate outputs.
• Review consultant and analyst deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
• Develop business cases, process maps, and models that reflect AI-driven improvements and public sector priorities.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and maintain documentation aligned with PMP practices.
• Support change management, adoption plans, and implementation oversight to ensure sustainability of AI-enabled solutions.
• Includes contributing to continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities where AI and analytics can optimize public sector operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting or project management with strong hands-on expertise in AI applications, data analysis, and dashboard development for the public sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and insight generation.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, modeling, and performance tracking.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project for scheduling, resource allocation, and project planning.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for building structured presentations, storyboards, and executive-level reports.
• Experience working on AI, digital transformation, or analytics projects within government entities in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Excellent command of English, with Arabic proficiency considered an added advantage.
