Manager - Legal & Contract Manager Management

Position Overview:

As Legal & Contract Manager, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle for our global supply chain, where you will be driving compliance, optimizing commercial value, and mitigating risk. This is a high-impact position requiring deep expertise in defense procurement regulations, strategic negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end contract management: negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to foster transparency and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms covering pricing, delivery, quality, and IP rights.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as delays, cost overruns, and performance gaps.
  • Draft and refine contract language to ensure clarity and minimize ambiguity.
  • Negotiate new contracts and amendments to secure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address deviations swiftly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) for seamless execution.
  • Stay current with defense industry regulations and integrate compliance into contract strategy.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on contract performance and risk areas.

What We Require:

  • Bachelor s degree in Law, Business, or related field (Master s a plus)
  • 5+ years of contract management experience, ideally in the defense sector
  • Proven success negotiating complex, high-value contracts
  • Deep understanding of defense procurement regulations
