Manager - Corporate Development & Financial Planning D360 Bank

Support evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation modelling, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment materials.

Assist in capital planning and fundraising processes, including preparation of financial models, investor presentations, and data room materials.

Contribute to the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning (FP&A).

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and market expansion analysis.

Prepare board materials, management presentations, and performance reports in collaboration with the Director and senior leadership.

Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.

Support investor reporting and stakeholder communication materials as required.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Perform any other duties assigned to by line manager related to the nature of the work

Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security (EIS) policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.
