Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Structure and execute a range of corporate, real estate project, and asset backed debt transactions.
  • Lead the structuring and issuance of sukuk-both private and public-while coordinating closely with Shariah advisors, legal teams, arrangers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Set up and manage both indirect and direct financing funds in alignment with CMA regulations and SPV requirements, including private credit and structured debt vehicles.
  • Negotiate and finalize financing term sheets, facility agreements, and security documents.
  • Develop real estate financial models to support transaction execution and analysis.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting product structuring and enhancement.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful applicant should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, debt arrangement, and financing solutions.
  • Proven experience in debt arrangement, sukuk structuring, and managing financing funds within KSA/GCC markets.
  • Deep understanding of financing processes and end to end workflow.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • High work ethic with a strong drive for excellence.
  • A collaborative team player who is self driven and entrepreneurial in mindset.
  • Strong quantitative and technical proficiency.
  • Advanced financial modelling expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related discipline, Masters preferred.
  • Arabic speaker, based in KSA currently.
