Manager – Corporate Quality & HSSE (Lead Auditor)

· 10+ years’ demonstrable experience with regional / multi-national engineering firm in a quality / HSSE function.

· Experience in a quality / HSSE function in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry is an advantage.

· Experience with development and enforcement of quality and HSSE policies, procedures and tools across large organizations.

· Experience with leading the quality / HSSE audit activities at large organizations.

· Experience with leading quality HSSE training programs at large organizations.

· Experience with conducting quality assurance and quality control activities on engineering design deliverables is an advantage

· Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry

· Knowledge of quality and HSSE certification, compliance requirements and audit programs

· Understanding of local quality and HSSE regulations in the Gulf Region is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited University

· Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred

· ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor

· ISO 9001 Foundation / Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor.
