Manager Credit Risk Review

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB)

To plan the review of credit proposals in line with defined credit policies to enable building and maintaining an asset portfolio with a healthy risk profile in compliance with internal policies and guidelines as well as governing regulatory requirements.

Review of credit proposals prepared to verify alignment with the defined credit policies.

Recommend defined procedures and actions required to determine validity of credit proposal for approval by the Bank.

Independently execute of credit notes for the credit requests to be submitted to the Credit Committee.

Analyse inputs for the improvements in the credit risk policies, regulatory document reviews and models being applied.

Provide recommendations and inputs to employees across the Bank on credit risk review matters.

Plan preparation of accurate and timely periodic management and progress reports as and when required by the management to inform the leadership and Credit committee and facilitate decision-making.

Stay updated on industry best practices, and comply with laws and regulations applicable to credit risk management.

Independently execute assigned tasks while aligning work efforts with sub-functional objectives and priorities.

Utilize allocated resources efficiently to optimize efficiency and deliver results within the assigned budget.

Ensure adherence to approved policies, procedures, and frameworks to maintain consistency and quality in outputs.

Proactively identify and solve new or complex problems, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of functional interdependencies.

Recommend improvements within routine and non-routine tasks to drive better alignment with the organization s strategic goals.

Create and execute a self-development plan, collaborating with relevant teams to leverage learning opportunities and enhance professional growth.

Additional duties and responsibilities assigned through the bank s process as deemed necessary.
