1. Develop and execute the BU s visual communication approach, ensuring a unified design language aligned with Qiddiya s corporate identity.

2. Lead the creation of high-impact materials for governance, executive reviews, and strategic reporting.

3. Translate complex technical, financial, and operational data into clear, visually engaging graphics, charts, and layouts that enhance understanding.

4. Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring timely delivery of polished and error-free materials.

5. Build and maintain reusable design assets (templates, charts, iconography, etc.) for consistent communication across the BU.

6. Review and approve all design outputs to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

7. Work closely with Reporting, Strategy, and PMO teams to align visuals with strategic objectives and core messages.

8. Provide oversight to external design vendors, ensuring that all contracted work aligns with Qiddiya s visual and communication standards.

9. Introduce modern design tools, techniques, and data visualization practices to improve efficiency and storytelling quality.

10. Train and coach internal teams on presentation design, visual storytelling, and best practices in communication design.
