Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing operations, managing cross-channel campaigns and online brand presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital strategies that drive website traffic and sales conversions.
  • Oversee paid and organic digital campaigns, including social media, search, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage and track performance budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all digital platforms.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including loyalty, CRM, pricing, and marketing to align campaigns with overall brand objectives.
  • Research and adopt emerging marketing technologies and digital innovations to enhance performance.
  • Lead relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to ensure quality execution.
  • Evaluate competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Produce regular performance reports and recommend data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and global marketing policies.
  • Support e-commerce development initiatives and digital media buying strategies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the digital marketing team.

Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance advertising.

Experience managing media budgets and vendor contracts.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans efficiently.
