Roles & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for the 15 Food & Beverage outlets across three properties in Madinat Jumeirah: Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem.
  • Drive data-driven campaigns that boost demand, elevate brand awareness and increase direct restaurant bookings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between F&B outlets, marketing teams, paid media agencies, and the corporate digital team to ensure brand consistency, quality execution, and timely delivery of all digital initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of Marketing and Digital management with an international hospitality company, paid media agency or a recognized blue-chip organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing within luxury hospitality, specifically F&B.
  • Proficient in digital platforms, analytics, and data-driven campaign optimization Exceptional project and time management; skilled at prioritizing and delivering multiple campaigns on deadline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; clear, persuasive, and tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong grasp of brand positioning and luxury branding to ensure consistent, premium messaging.
  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of hotel and F&B operations to align marketing with business goals.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, driving engaging digital experiences.
  • Sharp problem solver with keen attention to detail for flawless execution
