Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Supply Chain and Operations Consulting team drives business performance by optimizing and transforming supply chain and manufacturing functions. They design advanced planning processes, translate business strategy into actionable supply chain solutions, and enhance manufacturing productivity through digital and operational improvements. The team also develops frameworks to improve supply chain services and operations across value chains.

We are seeking a manager to join the team in a Digital Platforms & MDM Integration Architect role within Supply Chain and Operations Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage Northbound (to BCRM) and Southbound (to Head-End) API protocols to ensure real-time command execution (e.g., remote disconnect).
  • Implement automated "Health Checks" to detect data synchronization drops between the MDM and BCRM databases.
  • Oversee the health of the MDM-to-Billing (CIS) and MDM-to-Outage (OMS) integrations.
  • Optimize API performance between the MDM and the Customer Information System (CIS).
  • Optimize data processing pipelines to handle 15-minute interval data for 1M+ meters without latency.
  • Oversee the "Master Data" synchronization to prevent billing "drop-offs".
  • Document the full integration architecture and all API "tribal knowledge" held by the vendor to eliminate "black box" knowledge if any.
  • Act as the explicit advisory anchor for VEE configuration: validation/estimation/editing logic, thresholds, and exception handling expectations
  • Define integration quality KPIs: data completeness, timeliness, reconciliation frequency, and interface reliability
  • Advise on remote command governance principles from a systems perspective (authorization, sequencing, auditability, rollback)

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in Utility Enterprise Software Architecture, Middleware and Integration. Expert knowledge of Enterprise Service Buses (ESB) and CIM (Common Information Model) standards.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Master s degree in business administration or master s degree in digital Transformation / Innovation Management.
  • Consulting working experience is preferred
  • Experience in the Utilities sector is required, with mandatory expertise in the Electric sector; experience in the Water sector is an advantage.
  • English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus.
