Manager Facilities Management Galadari Brothers Co. LLC

Lead and manage all facility operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor management to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective facilities. The role is accountable for service delivery, budget control, and operational performance across assigned sites.

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all assigned properties.
• Ensure uptime and performance of MEP systems, assets, and infrastructure.
• Establish operational standards, SOPs, and service levels.

2. Maintenance & Asset Management

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure planned maintenance schedules are executed without slippage.
• Maintain asset registers, lifecycle planning, and replacement strategies.

3. Safety, Compliance & Risk

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, local authority requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Implement risk mitigation and corrective action plans.

4. Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage FM contracts, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate terms, control scope, and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure quality delivery within approved budgets.

5. Financial Control

• Own the facilities budget and control operational costs.
• Track spend, approve invoices, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor utilities consumption and efficiency measures.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop Assistant Managers, supervisors, and FM staff.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build capability.
• Ensure manpower planning aligns with operational needs.

7. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary FM point of contact for tenants, internal departments, and management.
• Address escalations and ensure service issues are resolved decisively.
• Support business requirements, projects, and handovers.

8. Reporting & Governance

• Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, compliance, and audits.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
