Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Sohar and IBRI

Location: Sohar & Ibri (with weekly or Monthly travel between both locations)


Education & Experience:

· Master’s degree in Finance or an MBA (preferred)/ CA, CMA,ICAI

. Healthcare Industry/ Hospital Background

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

· Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Certifications: CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are strong assets.

· Healthcare Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital billing, insurance claims, DRGs, revenue cycle management, and healthcare regulations.

· Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare compliance, tax laws, and local Ministry of Health requirements.
