Roles & Responsibilities

As the Manager of Finance for Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our assets, ensuring effective management and strategic alignment with the company s overall financial goals. You will work closely with various teams to analyze asset performance, drive investment strategies, and enhance value creation across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial analysis and reporting of asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with asset managers to develop asset strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation of assets to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the asset management function, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Develop and implement best practices in asset financial management and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions and strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders related to asset performance and strategic initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA/CAIA) is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on asset management or investment analysis.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting related to asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information succinctly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
