Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for ensuring high level accuracy of fleet maintenance information in operations system and ensures fleet records are prepared on time and accurately and available at any given point of time.
  • Receive vehicles complains and assign/liaise with workshop suppliers for any repairs required.
  • Monitor/Update Workshop Expenses Report, maintain vehicles History data & create / follow up on Purchase Requests (PRs) for repair replacement parts.
  • Fleet Legality: Following with Expired legal documents i.e., registration, Local compliance and Insurance.
  • Accident: Review and process vehicle accident and damage reports.
  • Monitoring & Training: Monitoring vehicles on the road should have all tools and spare tire training, awareness to drivers regarding required safety & security measures.
  • Professionally and accurately, responds to written and oral inquiries from employees, manager, regarding available fleet, maintenance records, track maintenance issues and resolves them on timely basis.
  • Recommends and implements lean / efficient processes, new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Performs ongoing fleet maintenance budget monitoring, variances to ensure proactive and timely actions are taken to avoid budget overruns.
  • Effectively collaborates with Manufacturers / Mobility Director and to improve fleet maintenance and positively impact the guest experiences.
  • Leads and supervises the department in the fleet operations and maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 6 years GCC experience and proven expertise in the automotive or transportation industry is preferable.
  • Familiar with the process of coordination with the local authorities regarding fleet regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving and change oriented environment
  • Must be able to multi-tasking in a fast pace, high volume, environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with a minimum of intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook (skill level will be tested)
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with independence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation. High energy and passion for interaction with people
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues
  • Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve variety of problems
