Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Lead and manage the bell and door teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

  • Ensure timely and professional handling of guest luggage, transportation, and valet services.

  • Supervise guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with front desk and concierge teams.

  • Maintain a strong presence at the entrance and lobby to greet and assist guests.

  • Train and mentor staff on service standards, safety procedures, and guest etiquette.

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

  • Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and daily briefings.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the entrance and bell desk areas.

  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.

  • Coordinate with security and transportation teams for VIP movements and special events.

  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper handling of guest belongings.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 5 years of experience in bell services or guest arrival operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Professional appearance and a guest-centric attitude.

  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

  • Standing for extended periods and handling of luggage or guest items.

  • Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
