Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Act as the daily marketing point-of-contact for assigned gaming publishers (status updates, check-ins, clarifications).
-
Nurture trust by ensuring publisher needs are routed internally and answered promptly.

Support and participate in concept development of publisher activations
-
Manage day-to-day coordination of publisher announcements and key beats (blog posts, social copy, trailers).

Work closely with our Corporate Marketing and Fan Marketing departments to align publisher co-marketing campaign plans (social, influencer, video content).

Maintain asset specs, lockup guides, QA checklists, and post mortem learnings for the next cycle.

Participate in creative reviews as they relate to publisher assets, not only for compliance, but also for strategic resonance.

Design campaign ideas that link gaming publisher initiatives with how fans discover, engage, and interact with the brand.

Collect not only delivery evidence but also engagement metrics.

Draft initial mini-reports for publishers and internal functional department leads.

Identify new opportunities for partnerships, campaigns, and co-marketing activities with our publisher partners that will drive community engagement and expand our reach.

Support publishers on the EWC & ENC Festival planning by aligning their comms/creative with the on-site footprint.

Attend festival walkthroughs with our Festival department, capture publisher feedback, and relay improvement opportunities.

Act as the on-ground point of contact, connecting stakeholders, resolving bottlenecks, and escalating issues where needed.

Coordinate last mile fixes for our EWC & ENC Festival and capture compliance evidence in real time.
Education and Experience
-
5+ years of experience in IP collaborations, marketing, brand management, partnership management, account management, or a related role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-
Proven experience working with pop culture IPs, such as global brands and AAA video game publishers
-
Strong understanding of marketing principles and community engagement strategies.

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and partners simultaneously.
-
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving brand excitement and growth.
-
Prior experience of working in KSA and understanding of local nuances.
-
Fluent in written and verbal English & Arabic.
-
Prior experience in the gaming or esports industry is preferred; strong personal interest and demonstrated understanding of the market are considered a plus.

Prior experience in an international agency setting is considered a plus.

Experience working at/with gaming conventions with on-ground activations

In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian gaming culture
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in IP collaborations, marketing, brand management, partnership management, account management, or a related role.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
