Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role plays a key part in ensuring that contractedservice providers deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. The position combines analytical rigor, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration to drive continuous quality improvement and operational excellence across the healthcare provider /network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured quality audit plan for external healthcare providers.
  • Conduct on-site audits covering clinical practices, patient safety, infection control, and service quality.
  • Evaluate provider compliance with CBAHI, JCI, and Ministry of Health(MOH) standards and contractual obligations.
  • Review provider performance indicators (KPIs), incidents, and patient feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare audit reports, scorecards, and dashboards summarizing key findings and trends.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on timely implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance compliance and clinical excellence.
  • Ensure network clinics maintain readiness for CBAHI or other accreditation requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Provider Quality Monitoring Framework

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related clinical discipline.
  • Master s degree or certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 8 years of experience in healthcare quality auditing, provider performance assessment, or compliance management.
  • Proven experience in auditing hospitals, managed care providers, or external healthcare contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI, MOH).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, and provider performance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
