Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online accommodation and tourism distribution strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, bedbanks and online accommodation partners
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts and partnership agreements to optimize revenue and margins
- Oversee hotel distribution channels, ensuring rate parity, inventory accuracy and competitive positioning
- Monitor online sales performance, market trends and partner KPIs to drive continuous optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, finance and technology teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear goals and performance management
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field
- Certifications in e-commerce or online distribution are an added advantage
- Minimum 8 12 years of experience within the tourism or hospitality industry
- At least 5 7 years of direct experience managing OTAs, bedbanks or online accommodation platforms
- Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, contracts, negotiations, rate parity and inventory management
- Minimum 3 5 years of managerial experience with proven leadership and people management capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Preferred age range: around 35 years
