Roles & Responsibilities

Centrale Danone is looking for its new HSE Manager based at the Meknes Factory.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

Management of SHE activities:

Deploy the health and safety policy according to the group's safety guidelines and the specificities of the site.

Promote HSE regulatory compliance on the site following feedback from the head office regulatory monitoring unit

Monitor and share action plans resulting from ATAA, ATSA, PPS and near miss analyses.

Manage the site's supply of PPE and work clothing approved by SSD Headquarters.

Validate SHE documents and ensure their availability to managers and in appropriate areas.

Validate the risk analyzes and safety data sheets carried out by the operational teams.

Work with the project manager to ensure the production of specific permits and prevention plans.

Evaluate permanent SHE services and participate in the evaluation of non-permanent services

Manage interfaces with Hygiene and work clothing providers.

Manage actions related to environmental management and respect (internal and external).

Define the SHE budget and monitor the implementation of validated SHE projects.

Define an internal program of SHE audits/inspections in the site.

Carry out WISE audits in accordance with the Group audit plan (Factories and SC -Sales).

Human resources management site:

Supervise, supervise your team and develop your skills.

Continuously report to the HR site the SHE training needs of your team and other teams.

Plan SHE awareness campaigns for stakeholders on site

Support changes to maintain the right attitude (WISE, GREEN, PRP, etc.)

Relationship & Compliance Management:

Manage the interface of outsourced SHE activities.

Monitor the implementation of SHE regulatory controls with process pilots.

Assist the Site Director in managing SHE relations with the authorities.

Assist the site HR in defining the SHE training requirement with external training organizations.

Profile sought:

You are a Quality Management Engineer with proven experience in a similar position in an industrial environment, ideally in the agri-food sector.

You have mastered the methodologies for implementing a management system.

You have mastered the WISE approach, the PRP, Environment and Safety standards.

You have a sense of leadership, adaptability, initiative and accomplishment.

You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
