Roles & Responsibilities

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager in the modular fabrication industry is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE management system.

This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture. They also play a key role in training employees, collaborating with other teams, and driving continuous improvement in HSE practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: BE / B.Tech
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10-20 years of experience
    • Experience in managing a team.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of helth and safety regulations related to fabrication yard.
