Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company's compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving complex issues such as harassment claims, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or a similar HR certification to enhance credibility.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR law and policy.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of employment laws, including but not limited to, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
