Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the build out of a new business line focused on financing predictable, long term cash flows linked to infrastructure and energy related assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of infrastructure and receivables backed financing transactions
  • Structuring and analysing long dated cash flow opportunities
  • Building and reviewing detailed financial models (project style and cash flow based)
  • Preparing lender ready materials and supporting discussions with banks and institutional lenders
  • Assisting with debt fundraising processes and lender due diligence
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to help institutionalise credit, risk and structuring processes
  • Supporting the scalability and digitisation of the infrastructure financing platform
  • Evaluating new sectors and use cases, including energy, utilities and smart infrastructure

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years' experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, private credit or structured finance
  • Background in a bank, infrastructure or private credit fund, or Big Four infrastructure / deals advisory team
  • Strong understanding of long dated, contracted cash flows and receivables based financing
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, including project or cash flow based models
  • Experience engaging with banks, DFIs or institutional lenders
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a lean, fast paced environment
  • Exposure to energy, utilities or core infrastructure sectors is advantageous
