Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)

  • Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authorities
  • Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirements
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
  • Support handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Dubai experience is a MUST

  • Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)

  • Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments

Preferred Profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
