Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a risk-based annual audit plan.
Lead audit engagements from planning to reporting.
Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Identify key risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and governance standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the internal audit team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve internal controls and efficiencies.
Act as liaison with external auditors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA (mandatory).
7–10 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related field.
Prior leadership or managerial experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT).
