Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
•Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and key healthcare professionals to enhance customer engagement and trust.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and establish a strong presence in assigned territories.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve consistent performance and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
•Track and analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular insights and updates to leadership.
•Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to support product launches, training, and promotional initiatives.
•Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements across all sales activities.
•Represent AMS at industry conferences, exhibitions, and key customer engagements, strengthening brand visibility and strategic partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
5–7 years of Healthcare / Medical Device / Pharma Sales experience Strong exposure to Cardiac / Surgical / Critical Care segments preferred Proven sales target achievement record Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Strong analytical & business strategy mindset Comfortable with extensive travel across territories
