Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of design projects from concept to completion.
Assist with organizing project schedules, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
Help manage project requirements, scope, risks and changes.
Prepare and update project documentation such as meeting notes, action items and approvals.
Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
Attend project meetings and carefully observe project management best practices.
Maintain project databases and files; keep project information organized and up-to-date.
Develop knowledge of design tools, materials, production processes and project management software.
Stay current on emerging trends, innovations and techniques in design project management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Design, Business or relevant field, or equivalent experience
Strong interest in design, creativity and managing creative projects
Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills
