Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and execute high-impact investment opportunities in sectors relevant to Qiddiya s growth. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of investment management, and the ability to navigate complex financial transactions with strong stakeholder engagement.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or asset management.
- Proven track record of managing complex investment deals and portfolio management.
- Experience in real estate investment or related sectors strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the GCC investment landscape is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
- Strong understanding of investment structures, deal negotiations, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Excel and investment analysis tools.
Industry Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of investment strategies and market trends relevant to Qiddiya s sectors.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
