Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the overall organization of events (weddings, parties, meetings, evenings).
- Welcoming, advising and assisting clients in the preparation of their events.
- Supervise the preparation of the room: decoration, table arrangement, equipment, atmosphere.
- Coordinate internal teams (servers, sound/lighting technicians, security, cleaning).
- Ensuring quality of service and customer satisfaction from the beginning to the end of the event.
- Good sense of organization and planning.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of reception, welcoming and protocol techniques.
