Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall organization of events (weddings, parties, meetings, evenings).
  • Welcoming, advising and assisting clients in the preparation of their events.
  • Supervise the preparation of the room: decoration, table arrangement, equipment, atmosphere.
  • Coordinate internal teams (servers, sound/lighting technicians, security, cleaning).
  • Ensuring quality of service and customer satisfaction from the beginning to the end of the event.
  • Good sense of organization and planning.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of reception, welcoming and protocol techniques.
