Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant (customer reception, team management, supplies).
Supervise the quality of products and services, guarantee customer satisfaction.
Ensure the monitoring of orders, stocks and cash registers.
Recruit, train and supervise the team (cooks, waiters, etc.).
Managing the financial aspect of the restaurant: budget, costs, margins and performance analyses.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Bac +2 in management or catering.
2-5 years of experience in restaurant management or in a similar position.
Dynamism, ability to work under pressure and motivate a team.
