Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure the day-to-day management of the mini-market
- Oversee sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing stocks (supply, orders, inventories)
- To supervise and organize the team's work
- Ensure the store is well-maintained (cleanliness, product presentation)
- Track the cash register, income, and expenses.
- Implement actions to develop sales revenue
Experience in retail or distribution management
