Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee clients' legal affairs
- Providing strategic legal advice to various clients
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Managing disputes and litigation.
- Collaborating with internal departments to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications:
- Law degree (Master's level) with a specialization in business law or corporate law
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an internationally renowned firm or large company
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
