Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Principle Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute strategic maintenance plans, resources, programs, and systems; provide clear vision of company dynamics, priorities, and communications; act as a positive cultural role model; uphold integrity; offer reliable advice; build strong informal networks and a positive reputation that advances business and strategic ambitions. Inspire recruitment and development of a dedicated, high-performance, collaborative team, engaging them in decision-making, maintaining a positive ethical work climate that attracts, retains, and motivates high-quality employees at all levels.
- Assist the Executives Management in defining company values, mission, vision, short- and long-term goals, monitoring the company s relevance, effectiveness, and results with all stakeholders; lead team, plan, and compliance to achieve operations targets. Inform the executive management about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to facilitate decision-making.
- Develop and guide operational strategies, programs, long- and short-term business development, annual plans to meet company strategic plans, operating budgets, improvements, and performance indicators.
- Promote ethical, responsible, high-quality decision-making using scientific approaches, logic, and relevant data to reduce uncertainty and risk; lead data mining and predictive modeling to analyze scenarios and business implications in wheel industry.
- Lead compliance with all policies, procedures, safety, quality, and environmental controls to ensure employee and community safety, legal compliance, and high-quality product/service delivery with environmental responsibility.
- Keep the executive s management informed about organizational performance and events affecting business, including opportunities and developments of maintaining well-operated plant; build relationships with suppliers, and vendors; enhance awareness of company mission, programs,core services, values; provide timely, accurate disclosure with escalation paths for key issues;report accurately to facilitate executive s management obligations.
- Develop and manage company risk profile aligned with executive management-approved risk appetite; ensure adequate internal controls for all operations, maintenance and associated risks.
- Lead development of a safe, healthy, hazard-free work environment; maintain health and safety systems and culture; ensure environmental protection; comply with EHS legal requirements.
- Lead identification, development, and implementation of strategy, structure, metrics, roadmap, programs, and initiatives for quality management and continuous improvement, including policy,quality manual, procedures, compliance, internal audits, task and scope definition, and cross-functional governance team leadership.
- Assist the executive s management in developing strategies for positive financial flows and managing maintenance/resources invested by company owners to achieve short- and long-term operational goals.
- Lead planning, design, execution, and supervision of infrastructure investments, operations, and innovation per project management frameworks, achieving sustainable comprehensive growth.
- Master leadership and management of business, operational, technical, legal, asset, financial, economic, revenue maximization, regulatory compliance, governance, talent management, quality, and continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- In addition to role-specific duties, all employees are accountable for the following:
- Develop and implement strategies for asset lifecycle management, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability improvement, and cost optimization.
- Optimize energy consumption, water use, and resource efficiency in maintenance operations; implement sustainable practices to minimize carbon footprint.
- Establish and maintain robust emergency response and disaster recovery plans for critical equipment and facilities.
- Lead negotiations, performance monitoring, and strategic partnerships with external service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- Design and deliver maintenance-related training programs (mechanical, electrical, automation,safety) to build multi-skilled teams and enhance workforce capability.
- Establish and track key maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, equipment downtime, maintenancecost per unit) to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Additional Tasks Assigned by higher Supervisors:
- Perform any other duties as directed by the higher managers/supervisors, in line with business needs.
