Manager - NDT Level III

Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures.

• Establish techniques and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, etc.)
• Procedure demonstration by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards.
• Review Inspection reports and certificates
• Train and supervise Level I and II technicians as per Company written practice
• Ensure personnel understand procedures and techniques thoroughly.
• Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation.
• Resolve Day to day problems at site in coordination with Cleint.
• Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Develop, prepare, and approve procedures for all Advanced NDT related services, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards.

• Carry out investigation and provide correction / corrective actions for non- conformances/customer complaints.
• Carryout technical audits / witness monitoring.

Data Interpretation and reporting.
