Responsibilities:

• Steering effective management of IT Security operations for the bank
• Spearheaded the development & implementation of several Security Infra (Firewall, AntiAPT, WAF, IPS, SIEM, Decoy/
• Technology, Vulnerability Management, Server Compliance Management, Networking Security Projects)
• Driving end point security compliance from InfoSec perspective; vendor management
• Identifying banks Shadow-IT infrastructure exposed on internet; implementing Cyber Security technologies on Predict, Prevent, Detect and Respond strategies
• Ensuring Audit compliance check and completion in time as per policy for all security applications.
• Administering capacity planning and deployment as per policy for all security application
• Directing efforts and ensuring capacity augmentation of Infrastructure for 99% uptime and availability
• Conducting data flow analysis for company s confidential data and converting the same rule sets
• Formulating key project plans and implementing various security tools for large enterprise
• Conducting maturity review to improve the organizations Cyber Defense Program
• Evolving strategies and execution roadmaps (security, crisis / disaster & business continuity plans, asset management)
• Devising & implementing IT strategies and control frameworks in line with the company s business plans; creating and implementing policies and procedures for all IT general control
