Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and complete the performance indicators of the Autonomous Production Unit and launch the associated PDCA cycles in case of deviation;

Organiser l'UAP conform ment au planning S&OP ;

Define the UAP strategy to guarantee and sustain operational excellence;

Meeting the challenges of operational objectives (SQCDP);

To positively boost resources within the UAP;

Ensure compliance with and deployment of factory standards;

Participate in internal and external audits related to the manufacturing process;

Ensure coordination with other production-related services (methods, CAD, planning, supply, etc.);

Participate in the deployment of the energy management system and support any improvement action;

Take action in case of energy overruns and monitor energy KPIs (Lighting / air leaks / air conditioning);

To propose ideas aimed at optimizing energy consumption and low carbon emissions, and to deploy benchmarking actions;

Alerting to risky situations, ensuring the application and respect of safety rules by employees within its scope;

Manage HSE investigations and ensure the mitigation of accident risks within its scope;

Supporting project managers for the start-up of new activities, transfers or deployment of innovative improvement projects.
